We do not collect any personal information from users. The App does not track usage, analytics, or user behavior, other than what is provided via Apple. The app(s) do not require email, name, or other identifiers from users.

1a. Local Usage Tracking
The App stores a timestamp locally on your device to track access to paid features (e.g., the 3-day pass). This information is not transmitted or shared and is used only to enforce access within the app.

2. Media Content
Users may upload photos or short videos to edit. The App may request access to your device’s photo library or camera to allow creation and editing of clips. All uploaded content is stored locally on the user’s device. The App does not access, transmit, or store user content. Users are responsible for the rights to their content.

3. Payment Information
Subscription payments and 3-day pass purchases are processed exclusively through Apple. The Company does not collect, store, or have access to any payment or financial information.

4. Advertising and Tracking
The App does not contain advertisements and does not share user information with advertisers or tracking services.

5. Children
The App is appropriate for general audiences, but we do not specifically target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents can contact us to request deletion of any information provided by their child.
