App Terms
For iOS apps distributed via the Apple App Store, use of Rainbow Love App & Rainbow Clip App by Love Is All Around LLC. is governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.

Additional Terms

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Rainbow Love or Rainbow Clip mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the Apps

Rainbow Love is a photo filter app that allows users to:

  • Upload photos from their device

  • Apply filters and effects

  • Save edited media to their device

The App does not host or share user-generated content and does not provide direct social media sharing.

Rainbow Clip is a photo editing, short video and video filters app that allows users to:

  • Upload photos or short videos (maximum 15 seconds) from their device

  • Apply filters and effects

  • Save edited media to their device

The App does not host or share user-generated content and does not provide direct social media sharing.

3. Subscriptions

Both apps offer -

  • A 3-day pass - non renewing

  • Monthly subscription

All payments are processed through Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and billing system. Love Is All Around LLC] does not have access to payment information. Subscription management, including cancellation, is handled via Apple.

4. User Obligations

  • You may only use the App for lawful purposes.

  • You are solely responsible for the media you upload. Ensure you have the rights to any content you upload, edit or share.

  • You are responsible for saving and backing up your own edited media.

5. User Content

Users may upload photos or videos for editing within the App. All content remains on the user’s device unless the user independently shares it. Love Is All Around LLC  is not responsible for any infringement, claims, or misuse related to user-uploaded content.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided by the App — including filters, effects, graphics, and user interface elements — is owned by Love Is All Around LLC.

  • Use of Filters: Users may apply filters and effects to their own photos or videos, including for personal or social media use.

  • Prohibited Actions: Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or use App content in any unauthorized or illegal manner, including unauthorized commercial use.

7. Children / Age

The App is designed to be safe for general audiences. We do not specifically target children under 13 and do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent and believe your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Both Apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, performance, or results. Use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Love Is All Around LLC be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, USA.
